Improve Literacy, Build Brighter Futures
Takam Village residents built a library from their Takam Primary School. They did not have funds to paint the building or purchase furniture for the library.
3C saw the library standing empty and uninviting. Without furniture or a real selection of books, the library was missing out on a vital resource for the children’s growth and literacy. 3C painted the library and hired a carpenter to build furniture for the library. By providing the students with access to a well-furnished library filled with engaging reading materials can significantly enhance the children’s love for reading.
